Shipping Policy
I package all of the parcels myself. I use either recyclable or recycled packaging. I ship my products in the smallest boxes possible to reduce costs. I use Royal Mail to post my products around the world, using second-class postage in the UK and standard shipping internationally. When you purchase an item, there should be an option to select a faster, tracked delivery if that is preferred. I offer free shipping on orders over £10 and I often add freebies to my bigger orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or there is a problem, please contact me via my email winkingrats@gmail.com or on social media. If the problem can not be solved online, I do accept returns. Like most art, some of my products can be fragile, so I will offer returns if it is broken throughout delivery. However I can not refund products broken by the customer themselves unless I discover that the product itself was at fault. To discuss this, feel free to contact me.
